These terms are the agreement between you and us about using Voidalis. We have tried to write them in plain language. Where something matters — money, safety, what happens if we remove your account — we have said it directly rather than burying it.
Voidalis (voidalis.com) is operated by Alin Robitu, an individual (not registered as a business), based at Str. Mărășești nr. 20, Județ Ilfov, Romania. You can reach us at contact@voidalis.com — that address is also our official point of contact for users and for authorities.
Voidalis is a place where collectors list the cards and stickers they have spare, find people who need them, and talk to each other. That is all it is.
We are not a party to any trade or sale between users. We do not hold your money, process payments between users, take a commission, hold the items, ship anything, or verify that an item exists or is genuine. Every exchange is a private arrangement between the two people involved, and the contract for it is between them, not with us.
This means that if a trade goes wrong, we can suspend an account and record what happened, but we cannot refund you, and we are not responsible for the other person's conduct. Please read that sentence twice before sending anything valuable to a stranger.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only arrange to meet someone in person with a parent or guardian's knowledge, and they should be with you.
You need one account, in your own name, with a real email address you control. Do not create accounts for other people, do not pretend to be someone else, and do not share your password.
Only list items you actually have, in your possession, that you are genuinely willing to part with. Describe them honestly — if a card is creased, say so. If you list something and it turns out you cannot supply it, tell the other person straight away.
You may not list or offer: counterfeit or reproduction items presented as genuine, stolen items, anything you are not legally allowed to sell, or anything that is not a collectible card, sticker or directly related item.
Treat other collectors the way you would at a swap meet. Do not harass, threaten or insult anyone, do not send unsolicited advertising, do not try to move people off the site in order to scam them, do not scrape or bulk-copy the site, and do not attempt to break, overload or probe our systems.
Anything you write that other people can see — your username, your bio, your listings, your messages, your feedback — is yours, and you are responsible for it. You keep ownership of it; you give us permission to store and display it on the site so that Voidalis can work.
Every listing, profile and message has a way to report it. Tell us what you are reporting and why, and we will look at it. Anyone can send a report, including people without an account, by writing to contact@voidalis.com.
If we remove something you posted, restrict what you can do, or close your account, we will tell you what we removed and why, unless the law prevents us from doing so. If you think we got it wrong, reply to that message and a person will look at it again.
We may remove content or suspend an account when these terms are broken, when the law requires it, or when we reasonably believe someone is being defrauded. We will use the least drastic option that solves the problem.
Some features are limited on a free account. Premium removes those limits for [PRICE] per [PERIOD], billed [HOW]. The current price and what it includes are always shown on the Premium page before you pay.
Because Premium is a digital service that starts working immediately, you can ask for it to start straight away — and if you do, you are agreeing that you lose your 14-day right to withdraw once it has been delivered. If you would rather keep that right, you can wait 14 days before we activate it. Either way, you can cancel a subscription at any time and it will not renew.
If we ever stop offering a feature you paid for, we will refund the unused part of what you paid.
Coins earned on Voidalis are not money. They have no cash value, they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone, and they only buy decoration inside the site. We may adjust how coins are earned and what they cost as the site changes. Badges you earn are earned, and cannot be bought.
You can close your account whenever you like, from your account settings. We may close or suspend an account that breaks these terms, and — with reasonable notice where we can give it — if we stop running the site.
When an account closes, listings, lists and messages go with it. Reviews left about other people stay, with the name removed, because a trader's record should not disappear when someone deletes their account.
We run this site carefully but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that the matches or catalogue data are complete or correct. We are not responsible for what other users do, for items that never arrive, or for money you send to someone.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under Romanian and EU law. Those rights always apply, whatever this page says.
We will update these terms as the site grows. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect, and you can close your account if you do not accept it.
Romanian law applies, and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction — but if you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the law of the country you live in.
If you are unhappy, write to us first at contact@voidalis.com. If we cannot sort it out, consumers in Romania can complain to ANPC (anpc.ro), or use an approved alternative dispute resolution body: [SAL ENTITY, IF YOU JOIN ONE].
